Akeim Toussaint Buck

Class Description | Morning Class, 21 - 25 June 2021 | OUTDOOR & AUDIO SCORE

"We are from the natural world. When we move our bodies it is a reminder that we are natural beings. I invite participants to join me as we immerse ourselves in nature in a playful outdoor morning class in which we will be inspired by the environment of our first ‘home’.

Using creative writing and voice explorations, these classes aim to cultivate attunement with our surroundings and ourselves. This class combines choreographic practice and improvisation. Alongside the live in-person class there will be an online resource in the form of a serene audio score with instructions to follow based on methods used in the live class for all to enjoy."
