About the class
The daily class provides a learning environment to support the mindful curiosity and physical intelligence of the dancer, reflecting our belief in the value of diverse body-mind techniques and how they can facilitate individual development. Each teacher brings to the class a unique amalgamation of their experiences in forms such as BMC, Aikido, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Alexander, Capoeira, Skinner Releasing, Improvisation / Contact Improvisation and Chi Gong, to name a few.
