These can range between one day to one week workshops, which could facilitate professional encounters with international artists visiting London or focus on a particular issue.
Intensives are programmed in response to visits from international artists or out of dialogue with UK based artists and therefore are not regular.

The Core of Expression | Action Theater™ and Laban Workshop Exploring Action Theater and Laban Movement Analysis, participants will work alone and with others in physical and vocal exercises. These explorations quiet the conceptual mind and hone awareness. Other exercises strengthen and expand skills of performance: movement, voice, composition, listening and relationship. Participants increase their ability to hold and express emotion, enliven imagination, and recover lost personal material. Every exercise enlightens the relationship between intention, awareness and action as well as engaging the heart and mind. Suitable for everyone interested in body-based improvisation who wishes to enhance and refine their expressive imagination and develop vocal, verbal and physical performance skills.
