Exploring ideas of noticing, inviting and attending. The class will be investigating the use of breath in tandem with
deepening a connective awareness, using the tools of weight spill and
sequential articulation. Her session will invite participants to explore and investigate the notions and ideas surrounding what it is to invite being seen. This may involve both practical work and discussion, and will hopefully encourage the discovery of many questions through serious and playful ‘doing’. |
