Sharing the Practice at ID Graduate Fortnight

Dance Artist Educators for Siobhan Davies Dance share their experiences of making work and delivering workshops for different groups through talks and workshops as part of ID Graduate Fortnight.

Talk by Joe Moran & Marie Forbes, 2–3pm / Workshop, 3–5pm

Joe Moran and Marie Forbes are Dance Artist Educators for Siobhan Davies Dance. They have been delivering workshops for adults and primary school teachers through two different projects Points of Departure and Pass it on. As a starting point, Joe Moran worked closely with the eight Siobhan Davies Commissions artists to uncover the different processes they used in making their work and shared these with Marie.

As part of ID Graduate Fortnight, Joe and Marie will talk about this unusual creative relay and offer a two-hour creative workshop which will share the process of developing participation opportunities for different groups and age ranges from the same source.
