  Bookings Open for Sunday Special Skinner Releasing Technique with Gaby Agis
Description:
An Introduction workshop to the Skinner Releasing Technique.

This workshop is open to all those with an interest in engaging the whole self in the dynamic dialogue between movement and imagination.

SRT uses guided poetic imagery and hands-on partner studies to facilitate a deep kinaesthetic experience of our dancing.

Although this Sunday is for those who are new to SRT, on-going students of the work are also very welcome.
