Axis Syllabus
In this class we aim to find freedom and ease in our shoulders. We will examine the anatomy of the shoulder and it's motion parameters and apply this knowledge in set and improvised movement. When we respect our anatomy as we move we minimise exposure to injury, we are also more able to access kinetic potential; cycling our energy back to ourselves in a dance that is joyous and empowered.

Zoe is a qualified Axis Syllabus teacher. She trained in Axis Syllabus with Frey Faust and associates and has a degree from The Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Zoe has performed tango in Buenos Aires where she studied extensively and contemporary dance for Simonetta Alessandri, Felix Ruckert, Bewegungsmelder (Austria) and she also performs her own work and improvisation. She is currently studying Osteopathy.
