Welsh Takeover 2019 | Morning Class | Thursday 19 Sep 2019
Cai’s class places emphasis on processes that support our capacity to listen to the body and the fluctuations in presences and states of being that we experience when moving. Simple Scores will be offered as tools to navigate the flow of incoming sensory and imaginative information, and how we might translate that into dancing.Perhaps thinking and moving into the question whether our dancing can grow from a state of ‘receiving’. Sometimes slowing down, questioning our will, in order to gain clarity. Drawing and writing will be used alongside moving as ways to further reflect and deepen our experiences.
