Andrew Downes

Class Description I Monday Night Improvisation I 25 September 2017

An opportunity to explore the unknown in a supportive atmosphere with Shiatsu, Oriental medicine bodywork, stretching and relaxation techniques, to ease and release tension in the body and prepare us for a journey, supported by large inflated balls, towards a flow of spiralling energies to facilitate spontaneity, synchronicities and unstructured improvised movement.
